I’ve forgotten my login/password, how can this be reset?

On the portal login page, the ‘Forgot your password’ link will reset your password via email.

I will no longer be the staff member entering data, how can my colleague log in to submit data to the portal?

I want to do a bulk data upload for my ‘Environmental Monitoring’ data but want to submit my ‘End-Product Testing’ data by Webform, can I do this?

Yes, bulk data upload files are separated by activity type- either Environmental Monitoring or End-Product Testing, due to the different fields that need to be filled in for each activity. The Webform option can be used for data that is collected infrequently (e.g. if you want to submit your monthly listeria end-product testing results) and can be completed and uploaded separately from a bulk data upload file.
