DFSV licence portal

The DFSV licence portal trial is starting soon!

 

Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV) is launching a licence portal. It has been designed to offer all licensees greater flexibility in their interactions with us and the management of their licenses.  

 

Benefits of the portal include, but are not limited to:

• Instant access and download of your current licence certificate(s)
• Ability to submit new notifications and track the status of existing notifications
• Review your upcoming audits and Corrective Action Reports (CARs) 
• Submit an updated Food Safety Program to DFSV directly

 

We will be running a trial this year and feedback from this trial phase will assist us in refining the user experience and ensuring that the portal caters to the needs of all licensees, when it goes live in 2024.
