Operating a dairy business

A licence issued by Dairy Food Safety Victoria is your authorisation to operate and trade in the Victorian dairy industry and is a requirement by law under the Dairy Act 2000.

As a DFSV-licensed dairy business operator you are responsible for ensuring the food you produce is safe.
