Learning network forums
Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV) invites you to attend the 2025 Learning Network Forums across Victoria in March. The forums are coordinated by DFSV to provide opportunities for licensees to discuss issues and developments related to food safety in dairy manufacturing. DFSV staff will be available for follow-on discussions at the end of each session and presentation content will be shared afterwards.
March 2025 forum topics will include:
- a review of insights from audit findings and corrective action trends
- different aspects of food fraud
- DFSV's work developing resources to support effective root cause analysis
- a summary of regulatory updates
