Fees & Charges Effective 1 July 2025

Under the Dairy Act 2000, Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV) is authorised to set and charge fees for the issue, transfer and renewal of dairy industry licences and the provision of services.

Dairy Food Safety Victoria’s Fees and Charges were approved by the Board in May 2025 for the 2025-2026 financial year and were published in the Government Gazette on Friday 30th May 2025.

All DFSV Fees & Charges have increased by 2.75% for the 2025-2026 financial year and will be effective from 1 July 2025.

The new rates will be updated on DFSV’s website on 1 July 2025.
